Most workplaces share one thing: forms, methods, and procedures that grew over time. Employees, managers and outside influences come and go, and most of them leave their mark on how we do things. Yet, there’s rarely time to sit down and re-design them. So we lumber along with procedures that are too complicated, meet the needs or whims of someone long gone, and/or drive our clients crazy.
