Individual Coaching

Ms. Abbott works with individuals in a highly motivational manner. This is your journey - however, sometimes our own journeys can be overly circuitous. Ramona will work with you to help you define specific, clear goals in both your personal and business life, then work to achieve them. This is not a journey for the faint of heart - coaching is only for those who have a strong desire to improve and grow.

Coaching Underperforming Employees

Do you have an employee who has a huge potential they are not fully realizing? Perhaps their performance is suffering, but they are valuable to you and your business. If you don’t have the time (or inclination) to coach them to success, Ms. Abbott has a proven record assisting problem performers. In one organization, she inherited three individuals who were at the first steps of disciplinary action.
